Our History
The original scope of the estate land at Wroxall was once perhaps as much as 3,000 acres. Today it is about half that size and comprises the residual 300 acres of the Wroxall Abbey park land (now called Wroxall Park) together with about 750 acres of arable, 350 acres of pasture, 100 acres of woodland and a selection of residential and farmyard properties.
Although the main house Wroxall Abbey is no longer part of the estate, the fifth generation of the Dugdale family continue to own and manage the rest of the agricultural and property assets and have recently embarked on a major diversification and renovation strategy to bring properties up to a higher standard and increase commercial trading income through farming, energy and forestry activities.
